How true it is that Anne Curtis reportedly said hurting words to Phoemela Barranda on a club in Taguig last November 23?

The statement that goes "I can buy you, your friends, and this club!" went viral on December 1 after people from the net read about the  PEP exclusive report entitled Anne Curtis survives embarrassing night out with friends; says sorry and is forgiven, all on the same day

BUT...

Just last night (Dec 4, 2013), Phoemela was interviewed by TV Patrol saying that Anne didn't say those words.
